Full-Time Hybrid Associate Clinical Social Worker (LCSW Pursuit)

Clinicians offering more than 25 hours of availability per week are eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend.

What We Are Looking For
We are excited to hire provisionally licensed clinicians in California who are ready to make a difference and grow with our team. Key qualities we seek include:

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week - with a minimum of 25 client sessions and 5 hours for administrative tasks).

• Behavioral health generalists willing to work with couples and children with our support.

• Clinicians valuing both autonomy and teamwork.

• A strong character reflected through integrity, openness, and a commitment to high-quality care.

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office. Ability to work onsite during the probationary period, transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in office and 50% remote).

• Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications:

• Must live in and seek licensure in California.

• A graduate from an accredited 60-credit hour program.

• Approved by the board as an ACSW.

• Experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety is required.

• Experience conducting intakes and diagnosing independently (preferred), under a licensed supervisor according to the current DSM-5.

Compensation:
Salary up to $59,200, determined by licensure level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
