Join Our Team as a Floating Teacher for 2-3 Year Olds!

Are you passionate about early childhood education and love working with toddlers? We're seeking a Floating Teacher who will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity to our classrooms for 2-3-year-olds. In this role, you'll support our teaching staff by assisting in various classrooms, ensuring consistency, and fostering a safe and nurturing environment for our little learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging and age-appropriate activities that align with developmental milestones for 2-3-year-olds.
• Adapt seamlessly to support lead and assistant teachers in different classrooms.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Support the implementation of lesson plans and daily routines.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and transitions to help maintain a smooth flow of the day.

What We're Looking For:

• A love for working with toddlers and understanding of their developmental needs.
• Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
• Flexibility to adapt to the needs of different classrooms and schedules.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
