Position Highlights

• Work-Life Balance: Flexible four day workweek with no weekends required. Shared call rotation only one week every 3 months, handled remotely with minimal volume.

• Ideal Work Environment: Established, dentist-owned private group offering clinical autonomy, operational support, and a collaborative team of eight experienced dentists and 16 hygienists.
• Favorable Call Schedule: Extremely light call volume (0-5 calls/week), all trauma referred to an academic oral surgery department. Call taken from home.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Compensation: Guaranteed base salary of $150,000 for the first $45,000/month in collections.
• Generous Bonus: Production-based bonus ranging from 29%-37% of adjusted net collections based on tiered thresholds.

Qualifications

• Degree: DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Certifications: BLS required.
• Licensure: Active or eligible for dental licensure in the state of Louisiana.
• Skillset: Competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including restorative, endo, extractions, crown and bridge, and implants.
• Experience: 3+ years preferred; open to new graduates with leadership potential.
• Sponsorship: U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) only.
