Job Description

Join our team as a Carpenter where you will work on a variety of projects including retail stores, multi-family condominiums, apartments, and residential remodeling. All work will be conducted in vacant buildings, allowing you to focus on your craft without interruption.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks.

• Engage in framing and other carpentry work as required.

• Work on projects such as retail stores and residential remodeling.

• Ensure punctuality and productivity in all tasks.

Essential Skills

• 1-5 years of steady carpentry experience.

• Proficiency in roughing, finishing, and framing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Dependability and punctuality in job performance.

Work Environment

You will work under a subcontractor that collaborates with large general contracting companies. Projects include residential remodeling and commercial and multi-family developments, providing a dynamic and varied work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00/hr.
