Your responsibilities include:

• Covering open shifts or starting care with new clients to ensure a smooth introduction
• Providing hands-on support: personal care, companionship, errands, meal prep, and transportation
• Coaching and training caregivers during visits, while observing and documenting client needs
• Recommending updates to care plans in collaboration with our Client Care Coordinator
• Supporting recruiting efforts with candidate screenings and caregiver check-ins
• Serving as on-call support one week each month (with added pay)

What it takes to join our team:

• CNA license in Pennsylvania (required)
• At least 4 years of professional caregiving or HHA experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to work with any client in our service area of Montgomery County

Compensation & benefits:

• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Mileage reimbursement for client errands and travel between clients
• Additional $100 on-call pay per assigned week
• PTO (begins accruing on Day 1, usable after 90 days)
• Continuing education allowance (up to $300/year for pre-approved courses or seminars)
