AWS Full Stack Developer

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience and expertise in AWS - Full Stack developers. This role requires proficiency in English and offers a hybrid work model with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to innovative projects that drive our company's success.

What you need to have to be considered:

8+ years in backend development, 4+ years in AWS, solid Python skills, and exposure to GenAI technologies in production environments.

Must have hands-on experience with Python for scripting, data processing, and integrating AI/ML components into backend services.

Insurance domain knowledge is a strong advantage.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 3-4 days a week in a client or office in Newark, NJ. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you're engaged in as well as business and client requirements.

In this role, you will:

Develop and maintain scalable microservices using Spring Boot, with strong coding standards and performance optimization for insurance applications.

Work extensively with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudFormation) for cloud-native development and deployment.

Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities using AWS Bedrock and Claude, enabling intelligent automation in insurance workflows like claims processing and underwriting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI-powered solutions tailored to insurance use cases, ensuring seamless cloud integration.

This will help you stand out:

Experience with agentic frameworks for building intelligent agents or AI systems is a plus.
