Full Stack Developer

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of agile experience, strong .NET 8 expertise, and proficiency in Blazor or React. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, skilled in modern development tools and practices, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Enterprise and advanced agile experience are preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in full stack development within agile environments
• Proven self-starter; able to work independently and proactively
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET 8
• Proficiency in Blazor or React for front-end development
• Demonstrated use of modern development tools and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in organizations practicing modern agile methodologies
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
• Backend-focused experience; candidates with heavy front-end backgrounds
