The Overnight Bakery Associate supports the Bakery department by preparing, packaging, and stocking Bakery items to ensure fresh, appealing products are available for customers each morning. This role works primarily during overnight hours and requires efficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Resposibilites:

• Bake, finish, and package breads, rolls, pastries, and other baked good according to company standards.
• Prepare products for display by stocking shelves, tables, and cases with fresh Bakery items.
• Follow production schedules to meet sales demands and minimize waste.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, following all food safety and company procedures.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness, checking dates and quality standards.
• Assist with unloading Bakery supplies and ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service when needed, including special orders and product questions (if applicable during overlap with open hours).
• Complete assigned cleaning and preg tasks before shift ends to support the day team.
