The Front Office Supervisor has overall responsibility for ensuring a smooth patient flow in all daily front office operations, which may include: obtaining correct registration information, optimizing front office collections, scheduling appointments accurately and timely, managing medical records and referrals, and appropriate staffing for department.

The Front Office Supervisor manages the department staff, which includes any hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions required and all communication between management and staff.

Required Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma General

Required Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of front office healthcare experience
• Must have extensive knowledge of insurance plans, plus the experience and ability to perform job functions for all front office positions is required
