Front of House- Team Member

$15 - 18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors with genuine hospitality, serving and caring for all guests' needs
• Take orders and payment accurately
• Make and serve our delicious Icedream products
• Bag and deliver meal orders to our guests
• Clean the store and wipe down tables in the dining room
• Restock bins and inventory as needed
• Support team members and leaders

Qualifications

• A passion for pursuing excellence in all you do and genuine care for others
• Ability to demonstrate sincere hospitality to others
• Required availability Monday-Saturday for full-time roles (working an average of 33 hours per week or more) and preferred availability of at least 5 days for part-time. Shift hours can vary depending on availability but for morning shift, shifts generally fall somewhere between 5:00am-2:00pm, and for night between 2:00pm-10:00pm (Note: our store hours of operation are from 6:00am-9:00pm)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (both inside and outside the store)
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to work together with others, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
