Your Role:

As a Freight Loader and Unloader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods. Your primary responsibilities will include safely loading and unloading freight onto trailers, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Expect to engage in physical tasks such as frequent lifting, pulling, and carrying of freight, while also managing the staging and auditing of routes for the next day.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Loading and unloading freight efficiently and safely
• Using approved equipment for loading and unloading trucks and trailers
• Employing handheld scanners to track freight in our system
• Staging and auditing the next day’s routes accurately
• Labeling boxes and preparing items for shipment
• Verifying documentation and condition of freight for quality assurance
• Checking in and unloading freight accurately
• Restoring damaged freight as needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Executing warehouse tasks as directed, such as managing disposal materials
• Working independently with a positive attitude while adhering to company standards
