Role Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.

About Your Role:

As an LPN, you play a critical role in supporting the medical team at any facility. Your primary responsibilities include assisting RNs and physicians to ensure patient comfort and recovery. Here are some of the essential tasks you will perform:

• Chart and document medication administration and treatments.
• Conduct patient observations.
• Implement specific procedures, such as recording vital signs, measuring weight and height, and performing various diagnostic tests.
