Forming Operator

Forming Operator - Mt. Sterling, KY

Shift - 2nd and 3rd shift

Pay - $23/hr

Responsibilities:

• Retrieve pre-forms and guide them onto mandrels using lubricant.
• Load mandrels into curing racks and move them into autoclaves.
• Remove cured hoses and unload mandrels.
• Place formed hoses into designated containers and label baskets with job and employee clock numbers.
• Set up curing racks according to production and supervisor instructions.
• Replenish lubricant as necessary and complete required paperwork, including recording cure charts.
• Follow standard practices and supervisor instructions to ensure product quality.

Essential Skills:

• Experience in a high-paced assembly environment or a Quality Inspection environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift over 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in bending, reaching, and handling materials frequently.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.91 - $23.16/hr.
