Job Title: Forklift and Reach Truck Operator

Location: Nashville, TN

Pay Range: $18-$19.50
Shifts:

• 1st shift: 6:30am - 3pm
• 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

What's the Role?

• Efficiently operate lift trucks such as cherry pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while operating equipment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

What Experience is Needed?

• At least 2 years of experience operating cherry pickers or high reach forklifts.
• Demonstrated ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
• A positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
