Join Our Team as a Forensic Nurse Educator!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Forensic Nurse to join our dynamic team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central campus. If you have a passion for teaching and supporting healthcare providers throughout Colorado, this position is perfect for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs on Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) and Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner (SAFE).
• Conducting both live and virtual education sessions across the state, including hands-on clinical skills labs.
• Providing technical assistance and support to healthcare providers via preceptorship and telehealth initiatives.
• Collaborating with hospital staff to assess ongoing learning needs and competencies.
• Serving as a consultant for staff development and program enhancements.

Key Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado.
• Three years of clinical experience in forensic nursing.
• Certification as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE-A).
• Completion of basic life support (BLS) training from a recognized provider.
