?? Position: Industrial Painter

?? Location: Shady Grove, Pennsylvania

?? Shift Details:

• Training Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Actual Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• ?? Work 36 hours, get paid for 40!

?? Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour (based on experience)

?? Job Responsibilities:

• Sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying industrial components.

• Read tape measures (metric & standard).

• Operate electric hand grinders and overhead cranes.

• Perform sand/shot blasting.

• Maintain production standards and quality control.

? Requirements:

• 3-6 months of industrial painting experience OR completion of a paint certification course.

• Ability to read tape measures in both metric and standard units.

• Knowledge of HVLP, spray, electrostatic, and blasting techniques.

• Experience with electric hand grinding and overhead crane operation.

• Solid work history (minimum 6 months).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.25/hr.
