Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 for Children's Hospital of Orange County in Orange, CAa nationally ranked, 334-bed pediatric hospital. This role oversees catering, retail, and patient dining, ensuring quality, compliance, and engagement. Ideal candidates bring high-volume food service experience and a passion for leadership.

Oversee daily operations for catering, retail, and patient dining programs

Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

Partner with clinical and operational teams to support patient satisfaction

Lead and develop frontline staff to drive engagement and performance

Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective strategies

Proven experience in high-volume food service, retail, or catering management

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
