Food Operations Manager 2

Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to oversee the food service operations at the University of South Carolina Upstate located in Orangeburg, SC. The University of South Carolina Upstate is a regional comprehensive university offering more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs. The campus is conveniently situated along the I-85 corridor in Spartanburg between Greenville and Charlotte. • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 
• have 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment;
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; 
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; 
• demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
