Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 1 to oversee the food service operations at the Warren Wilson College located in Swannanoa, NC. Warren Wilson is a small private college near Asheville, North Carolina. We have 700 students on campus. We have an all you can eat dining hall with a vegetarian cafe as part of the offering. We also have a small coffee shop and moderate catering on campus. Warren Wilson College is a work college so we supervise 50 to 70 students as part of the work program. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. 1. Have oversight of day-to-day operations

What You Bring

• Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• Have 3-5 years management experience in a multi-unit high volume dining environment
• Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Food Management Systems and proficiency in computer skills/report management
