Main Responsibilities:

As a US FOODS® Delivery Driver, you will play a critical role in our team and be one of the key representatives of our organization. Your mission will be to deliver high-quality food products, including meats, produce, frozen goods, groceries, dry goods, equipment, and supplies to our customers’ sites.

• Provide exceptional Customer Service.

• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining productivity.

• Unload products using a hand truck and place them in customer storage areas.

• Perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds.

• Make frequent stops during your work shifts.

• Complete deliveries in various weather conditions.

• Confirm delivery of items with customers.

• Collect payments (cash or checks) as needed.

Qualifications:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• Hold a valid CDL A issued by your state with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.

• Have a minimum of six months of commercial truck driving experience or three months of food service or food and beverage delivery experience.

Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and other factors. The expected base rate for this role ranges from $20/hr to $45.00/hr. After training, drivers will earn $0.178 per mile driven, $0.29 for each case delivered, and $1.63 per stop based on the driver manifest report. #LI-EO1
