Floorcovering Installation Coordinator

Join our dedicated team at Sherwin-Williams as a Floorcovering Installation Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts and coordinating all aspects of floorcovering installations through independent contractors for our wholesale floorcovering customers.

In this dynamic position, you will:

• Assist in identifying and vetting qualified floorcovering installers.
• Schedule installations and communicate assignments effectively.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations to ensure they meet our high standards and customer satisfaction.
• Review both new and existing installer accounts, ensuring they are maintained and updated accurately.
• Manage installer transactions through our store computer operating system.
• Identify training needs for installers and facilitate appropriate training.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without the need for sponsorship.
• Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role.
• Previous experience selling floorcovering products.
• Experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment.
• Prior experience in floorcovering installation.
• Carpet and Vinyl Installation Certification by the Carpet and Rug Institute.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages, especially Spanish.
