Key Responsibilities:

• Execute floor maintenance tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing in resident rooms, common areas, and administrative offices.
• Safely and effectively operate floor care equipment.
• Document floor care activities and relay maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in floor care is a plus but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, healthcare staff, and management.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push/pull, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently.
• Comfortable working with food and cleaning supplies.
• Proficient in following both oral and written instructions.
• Residency within the service area is required.
