Key Responsibilities

• Conduct floor care tasks such as cleaning, buffing, and refinishing floors in resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Safely and efficiently operate floor care equipment.
• Document floor care activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by positively interacting with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous floor care experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and management.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds; must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently.
• Able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Must follow oral and written instructions diligently.
• Residency within the service area is required.
