What You'll Do:

• Build strong, caring relationships with toddlers and their families
• Design fun, hands-on activities that support learning and development
• Create routines that build children's confidence and independence
• Foster creativity, curiosity, and social-emotional growth
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing classroom environment
• Collaborate with a co-teacher and leadership team to meet each child's needs

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-age children
• Understand early childhood development and positive behavior guidance
• Communicate clearly with children, coworkers, and families
• Are dependable, proactive, and team-oriented
• Want a job that's more than just a paycheckone that makes a difference

Requirements:

• Experience working in a preschool or licensed child care center preferred
• CPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain)
• Able to pass background check and meet state licensing standards

Compensation: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
