We are seeking a passionate and flexible Float Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. As a Float Teacher, you will play an essential role in supporting our classrooms by providing coverage during staff breaks, planning time, and teacher absences. You'll work across multiple age groups from Infants to Preschool ensuring consistency, safety, and a positive learning environment for every child in your care.

As a Float Teacher, You Will:

• Provide classroom coverage for breaks, planning time, and staff absences.
• Support teachers in implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting to the needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers to maintain a welcoming school community.
• Communicate effectively with teaching teams and leadership to ensure smooth classroom transitions and consistency in care.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for working with young children?
• Have at least six months of experience in a professional childcare or classroom setting?
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
• Value teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude?
