We are seeking dedicated Float Pool Clinical Nurses for full-time night shifts at Memorial Hospital Belleville. This role offers a generous sign-on bonus and competitive pay, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their nursing careers.

• Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on managing their illness or injury, including post-treatment care.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.

• Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• Preferred: BSN degree and 2 years of current ICU or ED experience.

This position offers competitive pay with a potential for additional earnings through the BJC RN Career Ladder. You will work full-time night shifts at our Memorial Belleville location.
