Responsibilities:

• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings, meeting patient volume targets.
• Lead clinic staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as guided by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
• Engage with clinical leadership to address patient care concerns.
• Complete patient charts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as needed.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings and comply with health information regulations, including HIPAA.
• Support new employee training and facilitate a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing learning activities to maintain compliance and improve patient care.

Additional Requirements:

• New Grad: Recently graduated with up to 1 year of experience.
• Level 2: 1-5 years of experience.
• Level 3: 5-10 years of experience.
• Level 4: Over 10 years of experience.

Education and Experience:

Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, along with 1-2 years of experience in urgent care, ER, trauma units, or family medical practice. Must hold an active license and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
