Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.

About the Role:

As an LPN, you play a critical role in supporting RNs and physicians to ensure patients are comfortable and on the path to recovery. Your responsibilities may include:

• Charting and recording medication administration and treatments.
• Monitoring patients and documenting observations.
• Performing specific procedures, such as measuring vital signs, weight, height, and administering diagnostic tests.
