Role Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A valid LPN license in the state of South Carolina.

About the Role:

As an essential member of the medical team, you will assist RNs and physicians in ensuring patients are comfortable and steadily progressing towards recovery. Your responsibilities may include:

• Charting and documenting the administration of medication and treatment.
• Patient observation and care.
• Performing specific procedures, including recording vital signs and conducting diagnostic tests.
• Providing comfort and reassurance to patients who may be feeling anxious.
