As a CNA , your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional nursing care to residents and assisting with daily living activities.
• Maintaining a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Documenting vital signs and updating the nursing team on resident health status.
• Following care plans and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Building trusting relationships with residents through positive interactions.
• Communicating key information among staff, residents, and families to promote transparency and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey CNA certification.
• Understanding of nursing care procedures.
• Effective communication skills with medical professionals, residents, and families.
• High attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
