First Property Claims Manager

The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the property claims division, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of first-party property insurance claims. This role involves managing a team of claims adjusters, evaluating damages, and negotiating claim settlements. The ideal candidate will be overseeing a team of 6-8 claims adjusters. This role is 5 days a week on site and then will move to a hybrid model.
