Financial Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, WA. The Financial Analyst will provide financial insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and help drive data-informed business decisions. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, experience in financial reporting, and a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports for management
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Support audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and other documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in financial analysis

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Proficiency with Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred but not required

Pay Details: $38.00 to $45.00 per hour
