Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Finance Business Partner

Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding team within Stryker's Joint Replacement division. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a strategic Finance business partner, supporting R&D, Sales, Marketing, and G&A functions. You'll play a key role in driving financial performance and helping the organization achieve its strategic objectives.

• Support the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives and goals
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders and cross functional teams to understand operational drivers and support data driven decision making
• Provide day-to-day financial support and conduct detailed analysis to support functional reviews and leadership discussions
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize financial models used for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Support the month end close process, including accruals, reporting, and preparation of financial packages
• Provide analysis for ad hoc requests and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Required:

• Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• 1 year of experience in Finance, FP&A, or related field
• 1 year of business partnership

This is a hybrid position based in Mahwah, NJ, with an on-site presence required every Tuesday and Wednesday.

$60,100 - $121,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
