Senior Recruitment Consultant | Finance, Accounting, Operations

An established European firm in the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) industry is building out their U.S. team, and is looking to hire a Finance Manager/Director to support Finance & Accounting of the expansion.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary financial partner to the US management team and other Managing Directors to own/advocate for the P&L, ensure integration of new acquisitions and optimize financial governance/reporting processes.
Lead KPI implementations and guide financial performance in alignment with business objectives.
Lead integration of new acquisitions on financial processes, consolidation, and financial transparency.
Oversee financial reporting initiatives and workflow, focusing on quality/control of KPIs and data.
Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on FDD and transition the financial model and budget.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience, including experience in public accounting and in-house P&L ownership.
CPA preferred.
