Machine Operator (Filler Operator) Day & Night Shifts

Location: Chambersburg, PA

Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Day Shift: 5:00 AM 5:00 PM

Night Shift: 5:00 PM 5:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.48 $22.48 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators (Filler Operators) to join our production team. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive benefits and room for advancement in a well-established local organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure efficient and accurate production.
• Perform quality checks on products and equipment to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in machine operation, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow detailed instructions.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

The pay range for this position is $20.48 - $22.48/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Chambersburg, PA.
