Salary: Up to $73,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Performing installations, start-ups, and repairs both on-site and remotely as needed.
Providing robust support to customers directly at their locations or via telephone communications.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting thorough follow-ups after service delivery.
Extensive traveling, involving 65-75% to both domestic and international destinations such as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Canada.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

A 2-year degree in Electrical or Maintenance or equivalent industrial experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical or mechanical field service and/or industrial maintenance.
Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs and variable frequency drives.
Availability to travel up to 75% of the time by various means including airplane and automobile.
Valid passport and a valid driver's license.
Legal status as a US citizen or Green Card holder.
Residency within 45 minutes of the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area.
