Salary: Up to $73,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing installations, start-ups, and repairs both on-site and remotely as needed.
- Providing robust support to customers directly at their locations or via telephone communications.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by conducting thorough follow-ups after service delivery.
- Extensive traveling, involving 65-75% to both domestic and international destinations such as France, Chile, Columbia, Mexico, and Canada.
- A 2-year degree in Electrical or Maintenance or equivalent industrial experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical or mechanical field service and/or industrial maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs and variable frequency drives.
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time by various means including airplane and automobile.
- Valid passport and a valid driver's license.
- Legal status as a US citizen or Green Card holder.
- Residency within 45 minutes of the Brown Deer, Wisconsin area.
- Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of our varied projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on real-time troubleshooting in high-pressure environments.
- Strong technical proficiency in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships even in challenging scenarios.
