Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We are seeking a board-certified Family Medicine Obstetrics physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin starting Jan 1, 2026. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule with day shifts, intermittent call coverage, and weekend call rotation. The role involves both outpatient and inpatient care with a focus on well woman care, newborn care, and newborn resuscitation.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (or as agreed upon); 1 weekend on-call per month (Friday-Sunday, 7am-7am each day); may include 1 day of weekday call per week with potential pediatric or newborn rounding and admissions

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide well woman care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Deliver newborn care, including newborn resuscitation
• Manage general outpatient and inpatient cases
• Participate in call coverage, including weekend and weekday rotations as scheduled
• Perform admissions and rounding for primary care, pediatrics, and newborns

Additional Information

• Must be board certified in Family Medicine and Family Medicine Obstetrics
• Requires active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility via IMLC
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
