  • Ability to pick up inpatient call shifts if you want

• Organization Information:
  • Physician owned multispecialty group
  • First two years, the base salary is $215,000 for out patient only. Should physician opt- in to evening inpatient call schedule, base salary is increased to $225,000. Physician may earn additional compensation via productivity bonus (earning potential can be up to 325k)
  • You'd be an employee for the first two years; partnership upon successfully completing second year
