Practice Highlights:

• Established, Busy Practice: Join a thriving practice with a strong patient base.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday with limited call (phone consult), some locations offering Saturday hours.
• Flexible Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with options to accommodate your schedule.
• Patient Volume: See an average of 18-24 patients per day.
• Work-Life Balance: 36 hours of patient contact and 4 hours of administrative time per week.
• Support Team: Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support to help you succeed.
• Clinical Scope: Care for all ages with a focus on wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on your interests.

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• Passionate about providing care to patients of all ages.
• Friendly, patient-focused, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Competitive Base Salary: $290,000 with a 3-year salary guarantee
• Incentives: Up to $100K starting bonus and educational loan repayment up to $100K.
• Resident Support: $1500 monthly stipend during the final year of training.
