5 th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Physician Assistant or Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

• Average patient load of 18-25 per day
• Join a team of 7 Physicians and 1 APP
• EMR: EPIC
• M-F 8a to 5p
• Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
• Lab and X-Ray on site
