Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a 70-day locum tenens assignment in Nebraska, starting Dec 1, 2025. This full-time role, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, involves serving as the sole provider at the facility. This position requires a Nurse Practitioner with at least three years of experience in Family Medicine.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the sole healthcare provider at the location.
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage all aspects of patient care including diagnosis, treatments, and consultations.
• Perform administrative duties and documentation using the Aprima EMR system.
• Ensure the highest standard of care is maintained in all clinical procedures.
• Collaborate with medical staff to plan and implement comprehensive patient care.

Additional Information

• Current NE Nurse Practitioner license required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Family Medicine necessary.
• Previous IHS experience is beneficial though not mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
