• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family practice Nurse Practitioner
• Immediate need
• New grads welcome
• Multi-specialty community based healthcare provider
• Providers in group include MD's, and APP's
• Must be comfortable with all ages
• Work schedule - M-F 8am-5pm
• Provides preventative and therapeutic measures for patient health care
• Report to Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Chief Operations Officer (COO)
• Some health care services include: chart documentation, referrals and ordering specific tests, review labs, x-rays, etc
• Provide phone triage on rotational basis approximately once every 3-5 months on weekends or during evening hours
• Outpatient only
• Bilingual-English/Spanish preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
• Must have valid California Nurse Practitioner License
• EMR-Athena
• H-1 and J-1 visa candidates welcome
