Banner Health , a top-ranked integrated health system, is seeking experienced Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our expanding Primary Care team in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported, patient-focused environment with a nationally recognized healthcare leader. We have multiple openings across several practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO - choose your favorite location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.

Position Highlights:

• Outpatient-only setting, caring for patients of all ages
• Strong support team including MAs, RNs, front desk staff, and leadership
• On-site services such as lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, and Social Worker (varies by location)
• Supported by a financially-sound, integrated health system dedicated to innovation and provider wellness

Qualifications:

• Active FNP or PA license & certification
• DEA with prescriptive authority
• Primary Care experience required
• Comfortable treating all ages
• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Annual base pay: $117,500 to $137,500, based on experience, plus wRVUs
