Responsibilities and Duties

Provide comprehensive care for elderly patients, with a focus on chronic conditions and preventative measures.
Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate and efficient coding and charting.
Engage in detailed patient assessments, development of treatment plans, and follow-ups.
Ensure a high standard of care that keeps patients out of the hospital whenever possible.
Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.

Additional Information

Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Internal Medicine
Must hold a valid Missouri medical license.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience post-residency, particularly in handling chronic care cases within community health centers.
Proficiency in eClinicalWorks EMR system required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is necessary.
