Job Summary:

CarePartners is seeking a geriatric physician to join our Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).
Qualified Candidates :

• Board eligible/certified
• This is an independent role and candidates must have experience treating geriatric, internal medicine or mental health patients
• Please note that this position does not offer visa support

Position Highlights:

• Schedules is M-F 8 am to 5 pm with on-call coverage
• Incoming candidate will join 1 other physician
• Practice is well supported by APPs, LCSW, LPNs, and RNs
• Performs procedures necessary to implement plan of care; consults with interdisciplinary team regarding patient assessment findings
