Deaconess Health System is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Outpatient Gastroenterology team. This position offers a structured schedule with extended time off during the week, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive care to patients in both urgent care and outpatient settings, including assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Participating in telephonic call coverage, with potential adjustments based on team requirements.
• Contributing to holiday coverage, typically 1 holiday per year, shared among team members.
