A FQHC is seeking a physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is off the coast, near Marthas Vineyard.

This clinic-based role offers flexible scheduling with either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts (MondayFriday, 8 Sign up or sign in for contact information p.m.) and no call or weekend requirements. The provider will see 1622 patients per day, treating primarily adults (18+) with a focus on womens health, including birth control, pap smears, and Nexplanon. Candidates must hold an MA license, DEA, and BLS, with board certification preferred but true board-eligible considered. Experience in HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B/C, LGBTQ+ care, or underserved populations is highly valued, and Medicaid/Blue Cross Blue Shield enrollment is preferred. Credentialing is fast (34 weeks), with the option to start sooner through back billing. Covid vaccination is not required.
