Salary: $250,000 - $325,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care and health education to a diverse patient population.
Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and minor in-office procedures.
Use state-of-the-art technology, including the Epic EMR and DAX Copilot, to enhance patient care and clinical workflows.
Maintain a shared call schedule to ensure availability for patient needs while supporting work-life balance.
Participate in ongoing education and training to remain at the forefront of medical practices and technologies.
Collaborate closely with a team of experienced physicians, a Physician Assistant, and a support staff to provide the highest level of care.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff both verbally and in writing.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care with exceptional clinical judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with Epic EMR systems.
Previous experience in a collaborative team environment.
Proficiency with health informatics and telemedicine.

Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong clinical skills with the ability to perform minor medical procedures.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
