This facility is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
• Job Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Types of Cases: 90% adult | 10 % pediatrics
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Requirements: Board Certification and Active Arizona license
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
