5^th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

1. Average patient load of 18-25 per day
2. Join a team of 7 Physicians and 1 APP
3. EMR: EPIC
4. M-F 8am to 5pm
5. Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
6. Lab and X-Ray on site
